02Can you integrate with Kleos, BaseNet, Exact or AFAS?
Yes. We work with the APIs of the common case, time and accounting packages and with Basecone, Nextens and Visionplanner. Where a package has no API we work with secure exchange, and we tell you honestly what isn’t possible.
03Is AI allowed with confidential case files?
Yes, when set up properly: EU hosting, no training on your data, data minimization, a processing agreement and a log of every action. A lawyer or accountant always reviews the result. We document the setup so you can show it to the regulator.
04How does AML onboarding via the website work?
The client identifies with iDIN or an ID scan, answers the UBO and risk questions and signs the engagement letter digitally. Everything is recorded in your file with a timestamp. Lead time: minutes instead of days.
