Questions we often get.
01What does a website cost at RABZI?
A custom website starts at €4,950 excl. VAT (Launch, up to 8 pages, 3 to 6 weeks). Once two languages, integrations or a migration are involved, we recommend Growth from €9,500. You always get a fixed price and a delivery date up front.
02How can one studio deliver all these disciplines at senior level?
Not with more people but with a system: one design system, one code standard, one way of working and AI-native tooling for the repetitive work. Where specialist certification is required, such as a penetration test, we work with trusted certified partners.
03What if the maker is unavailable?
Code, documentation, domains and access are in your name and in your repositories from day one, and every project has a written technical plan. If someone drops out, another senior can pick the work up without archaeology. For maintenance, response times are fixed in an SLA.
04How fast can we start?
You get a reply within one business day and a proposal within a week. A Discovery Sprint can usually start within two weeks, and the build follows immediately.
05Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work in Dutch and English, host in the EU and deliver documentation in both languages. This site is fully available in English under /en.
06Who owns the code after delivery?
You do. Repositories, design files, domains and accounts are in your name. You can continue with another partner at any time; our terms say so explicitly.
07What happens if the project overruns?
With a fixed price, overrun is our risk, not yours. Only when the scope changes do we make a new agreement — up front, in writing, with a new date.
08Can you take over an existing website or app?
Yes. We start with a technical audit (from €950), deliver a plan and then take over maintenance or further development. WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, Node.js, React Native: all familiar ground.
09What guarantees do you give?
Thirty days of aftercare after go-live, measured performance (Lighthouse ≥ 90), accessibility at WCAG 2.2 AA level and a written SLA for maintenance. If we’re not the right fit, you leave with honest advice.
10How does payment work?
Projects: 40% at start, 40% at design approval, 20% at delivery. Sprints up front, subscriptions monthly in advance. Payment term 14 days.
