02Which processes are best suited for AI automation?
Processes with lots of repetition and text or documents: incoming invoices and receipts, email with standard questions, quote requests, intake forms, support tickets, scheduling and reporting. If a colleague spends more than an hour a day on it, it’s a candidate.
03Is an AI chatbot safe for customer data and GDPR?
Yes, when set up properly. We host in the EU, sign processing agreements, minimize what data the model sees and make sure nothing is used to train models. Every interaction is logged and you can delete data at the request of the data subject.
04How do you prevent the AI from making mistakes or making things up?
By letting the AI answer only from your own sources, adding hard validation rules on amounts and identities, routing uncertain cases to a human automatically, and running a week in shadow mode before anything goes live.
05Does AI automation work with Exact Online, AFAS or my CRM?
Yes. We build integrations through the official APIs of Exact Online, AFAS, Moneybird, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Shopify, Microsoft 365 and almost any system with an API. If your software has no API, we work with exports, email or robust browser automation.
06How fast can we start and what do I need?
After a two-hour discovery session we can usually start within a week. You need access to the systems involved, twenty to fifty real examples of the process, and one colleague who knows the process well and is available an hour a week.
