Questions about pricing.
01Why fixed prices instead of hourly billing?
Because you buy a result, not hours. A fixed price forces us to sharpen the scope and build efficiently. Overrun is our risk. Only when the scope changes does the price change — up front and in writing.
02What determines whether I need Launch, Growth or Flagship?
Scope and the number of integrations. Launch is the complete foundation, Growth adds integrations, conversion and languages, Flagship is for platforms, multiple brands and enterprise requirements. In the intro call we advise honestly which level fits what you want to achieve.
03Are there hidden costs such as hosting, licenses or plugins?
No. The proposal lists every recurring cost separately: hosting (from €15 per month), domains, any licenses (Shopify, CMS, email). We choose open source wherever possible so license costs stay low.
04Can I pay in installments or based on results?
The standard is 40 / 40 / 20. For larger projects we set up a milestone schedule with more installments. We don’t do results-based payment, but we do give a measurable promise per project, such as a Lighthouse score or a load time.
05What does maintenance cost after delivery?
Care starts at €95 per month: updates, monitoring, backups and a two-business-day response time. Care Pro (€249) and Care Enterprise (€495) add change hours and faster response times. Without a plan you can always buy hours as you need them.
06What happens with extra work?
We never quietly add hours to the invoice. If a request falls outside the scope, you get a short note with the impact on price and schedule. You decide. Small things we simply fix.
07Do these prices apply to international clients?
Yes, the same prices apply within the EU (reverse-charged VAT with a valid VAT number) and beyond. Contracts and documentation come in Dutch or English.
08Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
For startups with a validated idea we offer an MVP package with a lower entry price and a follow-up track. For non-profits and education we offer the Launch level at a reduced rate. Ask about it in the call.
