Mobile apps
iOS and Android from one codebase, with a native feel, offline-first, push and payments. From idea to the stores in 8 to 16 weeks, backend and admin portal included.
— What we do
An app is never just an app. Behind every screen sits a backend, an admin environment, a release process and 2 app stores with rules of their own. In the projects we take over, most of the budget went into that invisible part. And that is usually where things go wrong.
RABZI designs and builds apps as one whole: Flutter or React Native for iOS and Android from one codebase, Swift or Kotlin where native is truly needed, a Node.js or Supabase backend, push through FCM and APNs, payments, offline sync and an admin portal. One senior maker, from first sketch to release in both stores.
A first working version is on your phone within 8 weeks through TestFlight and the Play Console. After that we expand based on real usage. Fixed price per phase, a release pipeline you own, and 30 days of aftercare after launch. You find out whether the idea holds up after 8 weeks, not after 8 months.
— Components
One codebase, two platforms, native performance. Our first choice for business apps and consumer apps with many screens.
Strong when your web team already knows React or when web and app should share logic. Over-the-air updates included.
Swift and Kotlin when the app needs to go deep into the hardware: sensors, Bluetooth, camera processing or background tasks.
Node.js or Supabase, PostgreSQL, authentication, roles and a web portal to manage content, users and data.
Work orders, time tracking, inspections, rosters. Offline on the construction site or in the warehouse, synced as soon as there is signal.
An app for your store or your regulars: ordering, rewards, push campaigns. Connected to Shopify or your POS.
Cordova, Xamarin or Ionic at the end of the road? We rebuild in Flutter or Expo and migrate your users without interruption.
One or two core features, real users, real data. The fastest way to find out whether your idea holds up.
Delivered
— How we work
Weeks 1–2. Users, core flow, platform choice and backend design. You get a clickable prototype and a fixed price per phase.
Weeks 2–4. Screens that follow Apple and Google guidelines, in your brand. Tested on real phones before any code exists.
Weeks 3–10. A new build through TestFlight and the Play Console every 2 weeks. You test on your own device.
Weeks 10–12. Device tests, performance, privacy declarations, screenshots and store listings. We head off review rejections in advance.
Weeks 12–16. Release in both stores, crash and usage monitoring, 30 days of aftercare. Then updates through Care or standalone sprints.
— Why RABZI
No second party for the API or the admin portal. One maker, one person responsible, one schedule.
Flutter or React Native saves 30 to 40% compared to two native apps, with no compromise on feel or speed.
You know what each phase costs and delivers before it starts. Continuing is your call, after every phase.
Secure design, a documented update process and vulnerability management are built in, as the Cyber Resilience Act requires from 2026.
Developer accounts, code, backend and release pipeline are in your name. No app that disappears when the agency does.
The person you talk to designs the screens and writes the code. No translation layer, no queue.
— Pricing
Fixed prices, excl. VAT. Extra work only after approval.
One clear goal, sharply executed. The entry level you keep building on.
More scope, more result. The level we recommend once multiple systems or teams are involved.
For platforms, multiple brands or markets, and projects where nothing is standard.

— Frequently asked questions
An app from RABZI starts at €15,000 excl. VAT (Launch: an MVP with 1 or 2 core features for iOS and Android). Growth from €35,000 adds accounts, push, payments and an admin portal. Flagship from €75,000 covers apps with native modules, offline-first and integrations with your systems. The market price for a first version sits between €15,000 and €50,000. What sets us apart is pace, ownership and the backend that comes with it.
An MVP app is on your phone in 6 to 8 weeks and, after review, in the stores in 8 to 10 weeks. An app with accounts, payments and an admin portal takes 12 to 16 weeks. Apple and Google review every release; we plan for that time and head off the most common rejections in advance. From week 3 you test a new build every 2 weeks.
Flutter is our first choice for apps with many screens, animations and a custom design: one codebase, consistent performance on iOS and Android. React Native with Expo fits when your team already knows React, when web and app share logic, or when you want over-the-air updates. We only pick native Swift or Kotlin when the app has to go deep into the hardware. We advise based on your app, not on a preference.
No. With Flutter or React Native we build one codebase that runs on both platforms and feels at home on each. That saves 30 to 40% in build cost and nearly half in maintenance, because every change is made once. Only for heavy hardware features do we add a native module per platform. Everything else stays shared.
Plan for 10 to 20% of the build cost per year. Apple and Google ship new operating systems and store rules every year, libraries get updates and users expect improvements. With a Care Pro plan from €249 per month we keep the app current, monitor crashes and publish releases. Larger additions are done in standalone sprints at a fixed price.
Yes, that is usually the whole point. We connect apps to Exact Online, AFAS, Shopify, POS systems, scheduling software, ERP and CRM through APIs or custom middleware. The app backend becomes the bridge: secure, with per-user permissions and offline buffering when the network drops. Integrations are part of the Growth and Flagship tiers, or we build them as a standalone integration.
