Illustrative case: Construction group (120 FTE), Overijssel — 2026
Lighthouse 100 and twice the quote requests from organic traffic.
01 — The challenge
The site was built on a theme in 2018, loaded in 7 seconds and showed projects as a gallery without context. The four operating companies each had their own subsite in their own style. For “contractor + city” and “renovation + region” the group was invisible, even though the work was there.
The marketing team wanted to publish projects and vacancies without a developer, and the board wanted one brand that reflected the size of the group.
02 — Our approach
In a Discovery week we set the brand architecture: one group, four disciplines, one design system. The design puts projects at the center as proof: every project with client, size, discipline and result, filtered by region.
For findability we built a template for service-per-city pages, populated from the CMS with real projects in that region, so every page is unique and useful. Structured data, internal links and a migration plan with 380 redirects kept existing rankings intact.
Six weeks from kickoff to go-live, including training the marketing team in Sanity.
03 — The solution
A Next.js website on Sanity with a project portfolio, 48 service-per-city pages, vacancies, a quote flow connected to HubSpot and a design system that keeps the four disciplines recognizable yet one brand. Lighthouse 100 on mobile.
After six months: 140% more quote requests from organic traffic, 61 new first-page positions and a marketing team that publishes weekly on its own.
